Pennsylvania officials launched an investigation after election workers flagged thousands of voter registration forms for potential fraud in one county.

Election officials flagged approximately 2,500 potentially fraudulent voter registration applications in Lancaster County.

According to ABC News, two other counties were alerted to look for similar problems.
