The RNC has taken legal action against Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb, and Gwinnett counties in Georgia.
They’re being accused of flouting state law by extending office hours and accepting absentee ballots after the advance voting period ended.
The lawsuit also claims Republican poll watchers were stopped from observing the process.
