Rep. Eli Crane of Arizona, a Navy SEAL veteran himself, just announced that he will be introducing a resolution to honor Daniel Penny with a Congressional Gold Medal.
As we reported earlier, the manslaughter charge against Daniel Penny was dropped today, but he’s not off the hook yet.
