The FBI has arrested a Virginia man after discovering the largest cache of explosives recovered in the agency’s long history.
On December 17, FBI officials arrested Brad Spafford in Isle of Wight County, Virginia, after receiving a tip Spafford had a large stockpile of homemade explosives.
