Authorities said they “do not believe” that 42-year-old Shamsud Din Jabbar, the suspect in the New Orleans attack, acted alone.

A law enforcement source previously identified Jabbar as the suspect accused of plowing a truck through a crowd on Bourbon Street.

The source also said Jabbar was carrying an ISIS
