A second DHS agent, Nicholas Kindle, was charged in Utah for allegedly conspiring to sell seized drugs through an informant.
The other agent involved is David Cole.
Both face felony drug distribution conspiracy charges.
Kindle is also accused of profiting off U.S. government property.
His court date is Jan. 21,
