North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum said President Trump called him ‘Mr. Secretary’ on the phone call saying he was not selected as vice president.

“Yes, he did do that. That’s how he opened up the call,” Burgum said.

“It’s generous of him to think that way,” he added.

“Is there
