A federal judge has halted the deportation of Rumeysa Ozturk, a Turkish PhD student at Tufts.
The reason for deportation?
ICE has accused her of supporting Hamas.
Judge Denise Casper said the court needs time to figure out if it even has jurisdiction.
So for now, Ozturk stays.
