House Speaker Mike Johnson introduced Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Congress as “his excellency.”

“Members of Congress, I now have the high privilege and distinct honor of presenting to you, his excellency, Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel,” Johnson said.

Congress gave Netanyahu a round of applause.
