The Justice Department announced the arrest of a Chinese national for allegedly smuggling biological materials into the United States and making false statements.

“Chengxuan HAN, a citizen of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), was arrested and charged in a criminal complaint with smuggling goods into the United States and
