Decarlos Brown Jr. has spoken for the first time since being arrested for the brutal murder of 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska inside a light rail in Charlotte, North Carolina.
In the audio, Brown claims materials were placed inside his body and were controlling him during teh stabbing.
