Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis lost her appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court.

In December, the Georgia Court of Appeals ruled that Fani Willis could not prosecute the case against Donald Trump.

She appealed, and in a 4-3 ruling, the Georgia Supreme Court declined to take up the case.
