Jim Harbaugh, head coach for the Los Angeles Chargers, has a job offer for former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

However, Kaepernick’s role wouldn’t be on the field.

Harbaugh, who coached Kaepernick in San Francisco, wants to give the former quarterback a shot at coaching.
