Late Model Dirt track star Scott Bloomquist died in a plane crash on Friday morning.
Bloomquist was piloting a single-engine Piper J3 when he crashed into a barn in Tennessee.
A family friend of Bloomquist posted on Facebook that the racing legend was flying his vintage plane around the family
