A Boar’s Head plant in Virginia linked to a nationwide recall of deli meat has “repeatedly violated federal regulations,” the Associated Press reports.
According to newly released records from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the plant has had mold, mildew, insects, liquid dripping from ceilings, and residue on walls, floors and equipment.
