Indiana’s Governor Eric Holcomb has become the first sitting Governor to visit Ukraine since the Russia-Ukraine War.
During his visit to Ukraine, Gov. Holcomb met with Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and they signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
